Aunque habitualmente se le llame Spinning al ciclo indoor, en realidad se trata de un programa espec\u00edfico, integral y grupal, de ejercicios para ciclo indoor ideado en el a\u00f1o 92 por Jonathan Goldberg.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\t\t<\/div><div class=\"tabPane\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"tabAccordionContent\"><div class=\"btText\" ><p>Hay dos sesiones de Ciclo Indoor.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1\u00aa De
